Centennial

The City of Centennial is one of the Denver metro areas newest cities.  Incorporated in 2001 from many of Arapahoe County's unincorporated areas, Centennial sretches across a wide area with irregular boundary lines touching southeast Aurora, unincorporated Arapahoe County, Denver, Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Foxfield, and Lone Tree.   Centennial offers easy access to I25, downtown Denver, DTC (Denver Tech Center), Park Meadows Mall, Cherry Creek Reservoir, and more.

Served by the excellent Cherry Creek and Littleton School Districts, with great access to recreation, parks & trails, Centennial is a top destination for many relocating home buyers.  Both new and resale homes are available but the majority of the homes in the Centennial neighborhoods were built prior to 1980.
